MORNING MEETINGS

We hold team meetings every morning to discuss the day ahead, this ensures every team member is aware of each patients requirements from the moment they enter the practice until they leave. Getting to know our patients Dentists ensure that they take time to know patients individual circumstances - names of family members, pets and interests to make them feel individually cared for and put them at ease. Sometimes the smallest things end up making the biggest difference.

ENCOURAGING PATIENTS

We encourage our patients to look after their dental hygiene through individual patient plans.

Through the patients plan we offer flexibility to suit their individual needs and ensure that we help to maintain good dental health.

Good communication is vital and at Radiant Dentistry we offer regular newsletters, Facebook updates and and regularly update our website.

Through our communications we highlight modern trends in dentistry, offers or provide general information about the practice. We also use text message reminders for appointments. As we have a low staff turnover our patients are familiar with our dental team, nurses and practice staff.

We know our patients very well. We hope that this helps them fel comfortable and able to raise any concerns or worries they may have about visiting the dentist.

CHILDREN’S DENTISTRY

At the practice we run children’s fun days. These days are designed just for the younger patients and are theme based events with crafts, educational games and activities, face painting, healthy snacks and competitions. Very popular with children and parents!

IN THE COMMUNITY

We promote awareness of good dental health through visiting local Primary Schools educating and involving local children.

We believe we care Our dentists caring approach is appreciated by patients and demonstrated by regular thank you cards and gifts (including fresh veg, jams, cider and meat from the local butcher!)
